THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between COLAEL MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE and any individual, association, agency, company, or other entity who accesses or uses this Website (the "User" or "you").

The Website, is owned by the COOPERATVE and is provided without charge to you, and contains pages that can be modified by Users by uploading pictures, creating user profiles, and other such things ancillary to the operation of an account with the COOPERATIVE.

1. The user provides all hardware, software, mobile or other communications equipment and/or service to connect to the Internet and access this Website and is responsible for all Internet access charges, or other fees or charges incurred in connecting to the Internet and accessing this site. The user agrees to access and use the COLAEL MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE Website only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, statutes, rules and regulations, pertaining to

(i) your use of the COLAEL MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE Website,
(ii) the use of any networks or other services connected to the COLAEL MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE Website, and
(iii) the communications means by which you connect your modem, computer, or other equipment to the COLAEL MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE Website.

By accessing this Website, you agree that you will not:
a. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the its use

2. By using this website, you further agree that a legal and binding agreement is created only upon your entering valid information about yourself and that any wrong information that is deemed calculated to deceive or withhold truth nullifies this agreement. Any monies paid into the COOPERATIVE'S account in the event of any such nullified agreement as stated in this paragraph can only be refunded if the COOPERATIVE is satisfied as to the true ownership of the money.

Monies paid into the COOPERATIVE account and reflecting in your personal wallet does not accrue any interest. Registration fees are as determined by the cooperative and may be reviewed as the need arises. Such membership registration fees are non refundable.

3. Membership
Your membership of the Cooperative is voluntary and subsists as long as you have funds in your personal wallet and membership can be withdrawn anytime by you. Provided that such membership cannot be withdrawn while you are servicing a loan taken from the cooperative. This Agreement is personal to you and you may not assign your rights or obligations thereunder to anyone.

4. Loans and Gaurantorship
Loans are given upon request and begins to acrrue interest ftom the day of disbursement to the users account. Conditions precedent must be met and satisfied before such loans are given and where the COOPERATIVE deems such conditions not met, it reserves the right to refuse the loan request until such applicant meets and satisfied the conditions precedent. Guaranteeing a loan for another applicant precludes you from accessing a loan for yourself or from withdrawing your funds until such applicant fully pays back the loan and all interests accrued on it.

5. Termination
The only right granted the user if dissatisfied with policies or practices of COLAEL MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE SOCIETY is to discontinue the use of the website and request for their available capital either directly on the website, or through our accredited agents which shall be released within one month from the date of request. The COOPERATIVE may terminate or temporarily suspend user's access to all or any part of the Website without notice, for conduct regarded as a violation of this Agreement or any policy or guideline, or for other conduct which the cooperative believes, in its sole discretion, is harmful to its operations or other Users.

6.Waivers
The failure of the COOPERATIVE to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any such provision or right.

7. Liabilities
On no account shall the COOPERATIVE be liable for any loss occasioned by fraud perpetrated on any individual's wallet occasioned by their negligence or by divulging their passwords or PIN to third parties whether agents of the cooperative or not.

8. Conflict resolution
In the event of any dispute, arbitration shall be the main approach towards resolving such and litigation shall only be pursued as a last resort. The selection of arbitrators shall be done and agreed to mutually by the cooperative and the user.
